How should I care for my pillowcase(s)?

We suggest washing when necessary in cold water on the gentle cycle and line dry or tumble dry on low. Do not bleach. Iron on low as necessary (see our care guide for more details).

When can I expect my order?

Currently, orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Tracking numbers and shipment confirmation will be sent shortly after shipping. If you need your item in a rush, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate. Some of our pillowcases are made-to-order, and will be received in 1-2 weeks.

International shipping: We welcome international orders. The cost of shipping is based upon your location, and will be calculated at the time of your order. Please email and we will give you a shipping quote based on your order and location.

How much will I be charged for shipping?

We are happy to offer FREE priority shipping when you buy two (2) or more pillowcases. If you prefer another method of shipping or expedited shipping, the free shipping offer does not apply. We do not inflate shipping costs, nor do we charge a handling fee. Our shipping charges are based on real time shipping costs from Federal Express, USPS or UPS.

How do I become a stockist?

What is your return policy?

We are very confident that you'll love our products, because your satisfaction is our goal. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full money back + 10% guarantee if our pillowcases prove defective. The extra 10% that we offer is to cover your return postage costs and inconvenience. Please contact us at with any claim or issues. Our customers are important to us, and we want you to fully enjoy your purchase. Return any item within 45 days of receipt, merchandise should be returned in its original condition with the original packaging and receipt. Shipping and handling fees are unfortunately not refundable.
